iWIST launched its new scholarship program in 2024 to support women exploring a career in STEM through their studies
You must have completed at least one year of post-secondary study leading to a degree, diploma or certificate in a STEM field (undergraduate degree courses must be primary STEM), including post-graduate students.
You must identify as a woman
You must reside on Vancouver Island
You have shown perseverance and dedication to a field where women are in the minority
You must be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to a future career in a STEM field
Preferred that you are available to accept the award in person at an iWIST event

iWIST welcome support from local organizations, either for funding the iWIST scholarship program, or by volunteering to join our adjudication team.
