In times where the world at large, as well as our own, is rarely slow, mindfulness can be a key tool for the toolbox in increasing and sustaining wellness. Join Claire, the iWIST Board Chair, for a beach wander at Esquimalt Lagoon and a group discussion on mindfulness.
