Alison Bird is the expert you want to hear from when it comes to earthquakes. She’s been an Earthquake Seismologist for nearly 30 years, and is also the Liaison & Outreach Officer for the Earthquake Early Warning programme at Natural Resources Canada. 

She’ll provide those living in our earthquake-prone area with essential knowledge on preparedness, earthquake hazards, and debunk common myths. Alison will also share more about the innovative Canadian Earthquake Early Warning system, highlighting its potential to enhance safety. There will be a Q&A session at the end.
